What if I already have a website?
Send us the address. We build the new one alongside it and nothing changes until you have both in front of you and you have picked one.
Is there a contract?
No, and no minimum term. The monthly plans stop whenever you say so, at the end of that month.
Whose domain is it?
Yours. If you already own one it stays where it is and we point it at the new site; if we register one for you it goes in your name, and it stays yours whether you stay or not.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site comes off our hosting and the domain stays with you. There is no notice period, no exit fee and nothing to unwind.
How long does it take?
Usually a couple of days from your answers to a link you can open. Longer if we are waiting on photographs.
